Staff  


Our caring teachers and staff have a passion for teaching and facilitating the positive development of young children. We work together as a team to establish a safe environment that promotes exploration, independence, a,d creativity. Our teachers help to lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning. Our staff meets or exceeds the licensing requirements and background checks required by the sate of California. All of our teachers have taken courses in early childhood development and/or are pursuing an AA or BS in child development or related fields. Staff is certified in CPR and First Aid training. We encourage staff to continue with their professional growth through college classes, workshops, and early childhood education conferences. 

 Lubna Qureshi

Principal



Lubna Qureshi is an experienced and highly-qualified educator with over 20 years of experience in the field.She possesses a deep understanding of local and state regulations and values clear communication with both staff and parents.With a background in Psychology, Business Administration, Early Childhood Development, and Islamic History, Lubna is fully equipped and enthusiastic about ensuring the well-being of students.

Her exceptional skills in building positive relationships, along with her extensive knowledge of educational practices, curriculum development, and instructional strategies, make her a truly formidable leader in the field of education.

But what truly sets Lubna apart from the rest is her unwavering passion for education. 

She firmly believes in the incredible impact of learning and is dedicated to nurturing student growth and success. From her every action to her engagement with the community, Lubna's commitment shines through.

Sheela Mausumi 



I’m highly skilled with children,as I have studied in Early Childhood Development and have four children of my own . I have received about 18  credit involving childhood studies at Solano community College.I work well with children four months to five years of age and was in the position of Aide 1 for infants at solano community College children’s program 

And also it’s been 3 years I’m  Student Assistant at Las Positas College at CDC and taking some more class for CDC

Working directly with children by teaching playing ,and conversing with them.

Prepared learning materials daily helped with breakfast and lunch,and changed and cleaned toys and books weekly.

Maintained the full safety and security of children in the classroom on playground.

Took over and ran the classroom for the teacher when teacher were absent for meeting,training,or sick days .with positive ,calm attitude and a soft voice.

Nadia Faisal



My name is Nadia Faisal. I have a BSC degree in computer science from Virtual University of Pakistan.

This is my 3rd year of teaching at Q-Zone. 

I moved to MH almost 7 years ago. 

I enjoy teaching the preschool age group, and I have a good time at Q-Zone.

 Ms. Tahseen Sheikh



I am AMI qualified Montessori Director and trainer with experience in developing reading and writing skills. I am on board with Q-rious Minds as a specialist to guide in the areas of Reading and Writing Skills. I will also be functioning as one of the advisors.

 Ms. Mona Ahmed



My name is Mona Ahmed. I have a bachelors degree in psychology. I have been teaching in Montessori schools for more the 22 years ( AMI qualified Montessori Teacher ). I enjoy working with preschoolers.

Teaching in my passion. My main objective is to provide carefully planned stimulating environment which will help children's foundational habits, motor skills and for a life time of creative thinking and learning. I am one of  the advisors and will also be the Art co-coordinator.
